Satisfaction Guarantee We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. See Return Policy below.
Return Policy If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from us, we will gladly accept a return. Returns are accepted when contacted within 15 days of receiving your order on resalable items only. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for ALL returns - call Customer Service at (360) 225-9445 or email at info@anglersworkshop.com to obtain one. Items must be received in salable condition in order to have your account fully credited. Please package all blanks and guides carefully. Insuring or using a tracking number is advised. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA number on the outside of the package. There is a 15% restocking fee on items returned after the 15 days.
Additional requirements for returns:
- Defective items must be returned to the original manufacturer in accordance with their return policy.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable
- Customer must pay for return shipping
- DVD's must be unopened
- Special Ordered items may not be returned
- Items must be in unused condition (ei. guides cannot be returned after feet have been ground and prepared)
Wholesale Accounts Customers in the business of the Fishing Tackle trade are provided with a Wholesale Price List. To obtain one, please fax or email a copy of your Business License. Washington businesses must also provide a Resale Certificate, which can be found on the Washington DOR website here. If you already have a wholesale account with us and would like to view the wholesale prices on our website, please email the webmaster with your online username.
Domestic Shipping Standard ground shipping will be shipped at our discretion by either USPS or Federal Express. Expedited Shipping (2 Day or Overnight) orders will be shipped via Federal Express. Large and extra heavy items such as one piece blanks over 9' or Custom Power Wrap units will be shipped via Freight. Please contact us for a rate quote.

For blanks 5' or over and tubes 5' or over, please add $7.00 to the Federal Express 2 Day shipping amount.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via Priority Mail. Larger items may require additional shipping. Contact us for exact rates.
International Orders
- We are worldwide shipping specialists
- $50.00 minimum on international orders
- USDA approved furs and featers documentation for $32.00 for barnyard fowl and animals (cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys, domestic ducks and geese, rabbits). Non-domestic furs and feathers also require an additional $55.00 Declaration for Export.
- We prefer USPS for international orders, but also ship via Federal Express. Please note that Federal Express typically charges about 40% of the order amount for the brokerage fees
- Payments accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Money Order in US Funds
