1641 Pencil Skirt Tool
If you make skirts on the fly, then this nifty little tool is for you! Small enough to fit in any pocket or tackle box, you can make that hot skirt color while on the water. Simply roll a collar up onto the hollow tube and pull the skirt material into the tube with the hooked wire shaft. Release collar onto skirt, remove, cut ends off and you are ready to roll! Works only with silicone with tabbed ends.

Amazing Tool!

This tool works perfect for me! As I was not trying to produce on a commercial scale, this tool works amazing for any individual trying to get a certain favorite color pattern skirt. This tool also works with the magnum skirt collars for fuller skirts.

This skirt tool is a great value for the money. It's extremely durable and just plain works. I've made hundreds and hundreds of skirts with this tool over the last 5 years or so. I have made some incredible skirts with this simple little tool, including some that are very full and bulky. You can't go wrong with this one!
