The KB Frame is a unique Concept Guide used in virtually every K-Series build layout as a midrod “belly” guide. The extra large foot makes it uniquely suited to survive the high stress associated with deep bending into the mid and lower section of the rod under load. Specified in both NGC (New Guide Concept) and KR Concept builds, the KB is often the top choice as a choke guide on spinning rods. Fuji recommends 3 KB’s on casting rods and at least one at the choke point of spinning rods.
